About the project
Sparrow Contracting & Building is a residential remodeling company based in Fenton, Michigan. Owner Matt Sartor has been in residential construction since 1998, with 179+ completed projects across Genesee, Livingston, Oakland, and Washtenaw counties. They needed a professional web presence that could showcase their craftsmanship and generate qualified leads.
The site is built on ProcessWire with a filterable project gallery spanning bathrooms, kitchens, and custom carpentry work. Each project includes location-specific captions to strengthen local SEO. Service pages follow a consistent structure with a detailed five-step process breakdown, project-specific FAQs, and related service cross-links.
We built 14 service area pages targeting specific communities from Fenton and Grand Blanc to Brighton, Howell, and Commerce Township. Each page has unique content tailored to that area. A detailed quote request form captures project type, timeline, location, and description, with submissions tracked through Google Analytics conversion events. Testimonials from Houzz, Google, and Facebook are displayed in a rotating carousel.
