About the project

Rudolph Technology & Associates is a managed IT services firm headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan with eight regional offices across the Midwest and Southeast. Since 1999, they have acted as a "Personal CIO" for businesses and homes, handling managed IT, cloud infrastructure, security systems, telephony, and home automation. Their existing web presence had not kept pace with the scope of the business.

The new site is built on ProcessWire with a content architecture designed around two core audiences: business clients evaluating a long-term IT partner, and homeowners looking for managed security, networking, and home automation. A modular service structure gives each category its own SEO-optimized page, and a dedicated locations system delivers a geo-targeted landing page for every one of the eight offices, each tailored to its regional market.

Supporting infrastructure includes a free IT assessment flow, a gated newsletter for cybersecurity insights, a news and insights section, and a pay-online portal. The design system pairs a dark-first aesthetic with Rudolph's signature red, anchored by a service-map visualization on the homepage that communicates the breadth of the RTA offering at a glance.

Results

The outcome

The new site positions Rudolph Technology for local search visibility across eight regional markets and gives their team a content system that scales as the business adds services and locations. Each service category has a dedicated SEO-optimized page, and the locations system supports geo-targeted landing pages tailored to each market.
